Opn Studio is a practice space. We don't run a class program of our own — the classes on our calendar belong to the independent instructors who teach here, and you book those directly with them.
If you're new to pole, start with a teacher. Some of them work out of this room, and their schedules are on our calendar. There are also excellent studios across the DMV with proper beginner programs, and any of them is a good place to begin.
Come back to us when you've got material you want to drill. A practice space works best when there's strong teaching around it.

Peak sessions are the ones people compete for (weekday mornings and evenings, weekend middays), so those are metered. Need more in a busy month? Add sessions for $15, any tier.

Drop-in is $35. If you're practicing more than once a month, Flex at $69 is the better deal and gets you unlimited off-peak access.
Run your own classes.
You rent the space, set your own prices, and keep what your students pay you. The rates below are what you pay for the room — there's no percentage on top.
Additional hours are $40 at either tier, peak or off-peak — one rate, no time-of-day variation.
A standing night for your class. Clear Floor runs as a recurring weekly slot, so your students always know where to find you — same room, same time, poles out, floor clear.
No surcharge; it's part of what an instructor membership buys. Available to Studio Partner and Studio Pro members as a recurring slot committed by quarter, four-hour minimum, 14 days' notice to set up the first changeover. Clear Floor dates are published on the schedule as soon as they're booked.
Taking the poles down and putting them back is about two hours of work either side of your block. That's why Clear Floor runs as a standing slot rather than a one-off — it gives us a rhythm we can staff, and gives you a regular night your students can plan around.
Only Opn Studio removes and reinstalls poles. Every pole is checked and signed off before the next pole session. Instructors and members must never adjust, remove, or refit a pole.
The studio is on the second floor and the building has no elevator. Access is by stairs only. On-site parking is available, with street parking nearby for overflow.
